Kick Boxing

Join our HIGH ENERGY cardio conditioning class with a total body workout. We use hanging bags, stand-up bags, and boxing gloves, giving you the chance to get a great workout with the benefit of learning how to move like a kick boxer and train using proper technique (or just in case you feel like hitting something).

ADULT MARTIAL ARTS / KICK BOXING  (Tues & Thurs)

This class provides an instructive, martial arts-based class to those looking to train like a fighter while leaning the skills of a kick boxer and MMA competitor. It will give you an introduction to the art of sparring. We can also help you achieve a belt rank if interested!

Full Body Workouts

This full body workout will bring your training to the next level. Using 15 stations, train like an MMA fighter without getting hit. We will work every muscle group and get your blood pumping.

 
 

GYM RULES:

Please bring a pair of clean gym shoes or plan on being bare foot on the mats.
No gum in the gym. Period.
